Return Policy
At Diola Luxe Hair, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hair products. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of hair extensions and lace products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased.
All sales are final.
This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers. Once hair products leave our premises, we are unable to verify that they have remained unopened, unused, or unaltered, which is essential for hygiene purposes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@diolaluxehair.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your case and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances — including for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse. This applies to all items, including custom orders, bundles, wigs, frontals, closures, and clip-ins.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Due to hygiene standards, our hair products (including bundles, wigs, frontals, and closures) are sealed and considered personal care items. Once unsealed, they are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to purchases from Diola Luxe Hair.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
