At Diola Luxe Hair, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom wigs may require 7–14 working days for preparation. An exception applies to pre-orders, which are dispatched 2–3 weeks after the order has been processed. Please note that during peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier.
